现如今,我国大学毕业生面临的一个主要问题,就是就业形势严峻。据数据显示,自从进入2000年,我国每年的高校毕业生人数都在不断增加,可是就业率却在逐年下降,找不到好工作、找不到理想的工作已经成为制约社会发展的主要原因。目前,各大高校都在开展有关“就业与创业指导”的课程,希望通过良好的教学,培养社会需要的人才,缓解就业压力。SIYB教学方法是一种全新的应用于就业与创业中的指导办法,能够有效推行课程教学,对提高学生的学习质量具有重要意义。
Nowadays, one of the major problems facing Chinese university graduates is that the employment situation is grim. According to the data, since 2000, the number of university graduates in our country has been increasing constantly. However, the employment rate has been declining year by year. The lack of good jobs and the failure to find the ideal jobs have become the main reasons for restricting social development. At present, all colleges and universities are carrying out courses on “Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance,” and hope that through good teaching, talents needed by the society will be cultivated to ease the pressure of employment. SIYB teaching method is a brand new guiding method used in employment and start-up. It can effectively promote the teaching of the course and is of great significance to improve students’ learning quality.
