目的:检测系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者LILRA2基因多态性位点(rs2241524)的基因型频率,探讨其与SLE易感性的相关性。方法:采用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)对SLE患者组(230例)及对照组(260例)LILRA2基因rs2241524位点进行基因分型。结果:SLE患者组LILRA2(rs2241524)基因型AA频率(6.5%)高于对照组(1.9%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);基因型AG频率(36.1%)和GG频率(57.4%)分别与对照组(34.6%、63.5%)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);SLE患者组等位基因A基因频率(24.6%)高于对照组(19.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:上海地区汉族LILRA2基因多态性位点rs2241524(G>A)与SLE发生相关。
Objective: To detect the genotype frequency of LILRA2 gene polymorphism (rs2241524) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and to explore its relationship with susceptibility to SLE. Methods: The genotypes of rs2241524 of LILRA2 gene in SLE patients (230 cases) and control group (260 cases) were detected by matrix-assisted laser desorption / ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS). Results: The frequency of genotype AA (6.5%) of LILRA2 (rs2241524) in SLE patients was significantly higher than that in controls (1.9%) (P <0.05) %) Were significantly higher than those in control group (34.6%, 63.5% respectively) (P> 0.05). The frequency of allele A gene in SLE patients was significantly higher than that in controls (24.6% vs 19.2% The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The SNP rs2241524 (G> A) of LILRA2 gene in Shanghai Han is associated with SLE.
