患者女,57岁。面部红斑、斑块及结节伴瘙痒3个月。3个月前无明显诱因双侧颊部出现红斑,呈蝶形分布,自觉瘙痒,日晒后皮损无明显加重。就诊于当地医院考虑亚急性皮肤型红斑狼疮,予口服雷公藤多苷和泼尼松,以及外用丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗,1个月后红斑面积扩大累及整个面部,出现斑块及结节,自觉瘙痒,为进一步诊治,遂于2014年9月25日来我科就诊。患者发病以来无发热、盗汗和咳嗽,无体重减
Female patient, 57 years old.
