振华工程有限公司是中国交通建设集团旗下中国港湾工程有限责任公司在香港设立的代表公司.代表中港公司在香港等地开展业务。振华公司于1982年在香港成立.主要承建土木、海事、房屋、地基及环保工程.兼营房地产发展、贸易采购和机械租用等多元化业务。28年来.振华公司承建各类大小工程共300多项;现拥有资产总额23.47亿港元;现有员工近600人;拥有施工船舶22艘;公司在香港有一栋产权3.874平方米的办公楼、一栋1,642平方米的宿舍楼、635平方米的零星房产,还有8,078平方米的4块地产。
