据了解,目前国内热盘的最大圆柱螺旋弹簧钢丝直径为φ50mm。由于多次加热,所以弹簧表面质量较差,尺寸精度也较差,一般很难达到一级精度。我厂的引进机组中,有再热调节阀的弹簧尺寸为:钢丝直径φ55mm,弹簧外径525mm,弹簧长度986mm,钢丝展开长度为13500mm。到目前为止,这种弹簧都是用外汇到国外购买,而国外对这种特大型弹簧的盘制工艺我们一无所知。而我们原来的热盘工艺,还是停留在比较原始的手工操作水平。由于加热炉长度较短,所以对钢丝展开长度大于5000mm的弹簧,不能一火盘成,必须分二火甚至三火重复加热盘绕。由于多次加热和装夹,弹簧的平直度很难保证,因此在修整螺距和校正平直度、垂直度时增加了难度,需要化较多时间,甚至多次重复加热校正。采用上述工艺方法的
