观察了热休克反应大鼠其肝细胞酸性磷酸酶( A C P)和碱性磷酸酶( A K P)的活性变化.组织化学方法显示 A C P和 A K P活性的最适酶?底物作用时间分别为40M IN 和2.5H;以不同温度(42、44 和46℃)处理大鼠 30M IN,室温恢复(25℃)24H 时,42℃处理组的肝细胞 A C P和 A K P活性最强;46℃热休克 30M IN 后,室温恢复1~120H,在恢复至48H时, A C P和 A K P活性最强“,”The activities of acidand alkalinephosphatase (ACP and AKP) in rat liver cells under normal and heat shock conditions were examined.The results showed that the best incubation time that enzymes interacting substrates is 40 min and 2.5h respectively.The rats were treated by heat shock at 42、44 and 46℃ respectively for 30min,then maintained at 25℃ for 24h,it was found that the activities of ACP and AKP in rat liver cells were the most active at 42℃ for 30 min.By heat shock of 46℃ for 30min,and then at 25℃ for 1120h,ACP and AKP were the most active at 48h.The significance of ACP and AKP activitives responed to heat shock by rats was discussed.
