智能建筑中的通信技术涉及电话通信、数据图象通信及与外部通信网络互联等方面。公用通信网IP(互联网协议)化和宽带化的发展趋势必将深刻地影响智能建筑中的通信技术。本文首先介绍了智能建筑中电话通信系统的实现方式,然后重点分析了目前三种主流宽带接入技术(ADSL(非对称数字用户线),HFC(混合光纤/同轴电缆),FTTZ/FTTB(光纤到小区/光纤到大楼)+以太网)的基本原理、特点及应用情况。
Communication technologies in intelligent buildings involve telephone communications, data and image communications, and interconnection with external communications networks. The development trend of public network IP (Internet Protocol) and broadband will certainly profoundly affect the communication technologies in intelligent buildings. This article first introduces the realization of telephone communication system in intelligent building, and then analyzes the current three mainstream broadband access technologies (ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line), HFC (Hybrid Optical / Coaxial Cable, FTTZ / FTTB Fiber to the district / fiber to the building) + Ethernet) the basic principles, characteristics and applications.
