恶性淋巴瘤是自体骨髓移植最好的适应症。但自体外周血干细胞和自体骨髓同时移植还未见报道。我们作了1例,现报告如下。患者男性,28岁。主因胸闷、气短半月余,干咳5～6天,于1991年9月27日入院。半月前自觉胸闷、右胸偶有疼痛。5～6天前出现干咳、气短、右季肋部钝痛。干咳,以夜间平卧时较重。在本单位按“炎症”给以“先锋霉素”等治疗无效而来我院就诊。查胸片、CT显示为纵隔肿物,双侧胸腔积液,拟诊“纵隔淋巴瘤”收住院。经多次胸水细胞学检查,均找到恶性淋巴瘤细胞。B超示胸腔积液和心包积液。骨髓像正常。经COP方案治疗2周,胸腔注
Malignant lymphoma is the best indication for autologous bone marrow transplantation. However, autologous peripheral blood stem cells and autologous bone marrow transplantation has not been reported. We made a case, the report is as follows. Male patient, 28 years old. Mainly because of chest tightness, shortness of breath more than half a month, dry cough 5 to 6 days, admitted to hospital on September 27, 1991. Check the chest, CT showed mediastinal masses, bilateral pleural effusion, diagnosis of “mediastinal lymphoma” admitted to hospital. After repeated pleural fluid cytology, are found in malignant lymphoma cells. B ultrasound showed pleural effusion and pericardial effusion. Bone marrow is normal.
