职业学校学生作为一个比较特殊的学生群体,其在学习及生活过程中都极容易出现问题,教师对其实施良好的管理是学生获得健康成长及良好发展的必要保证。因此,职业学校一定要努力探寻一些合适的教育管理方式,争取实现对于学生的最优管理,达到对于学生的真正的教育。本文从教育管理中的主体性原则出发,谈论了职业院校在对学生实施教育管理时发挥学生主体性的必要性,以及实现主体性的相关策略。
As a special student group, vocational school students are prone to problems in their study and life. Teachers ’good management of them is a necessary guarantee for students’ healthy growth and good development. Therefore, vocational schools must strive to explore some appropriate ways of education and management, strive for the best management of students, to achieve a real education for students. Based on the principle of subjectivity in education management, this paper discusses the necessity of developing students’ subjectivity in the implementation of education management in vocational colleges and the relevant strategies of realizing subjectivity.
