香蕉象鼻虫是钻蛀为害香蕉的主要害虫,常年为害率10%左右,严重影响香蕉产量。五十年代到七十年代初期,应用6%666可湿性粉剂防治,效果显著,但七十年代后期起,可能是抗性虫体的产生,该药剂的杀虫效果不显著了。为了探求更为适合的药剂防治香蕉象鼻虫,我们选用美国陶氐化学公司出品的乐思本(Lorsban)进行防治香蕉象鼻虫的试验。试验在我场赤岗作业区进行。试验地分别为新植香蕉和多年生香蕉。使用乐思本的浓度为0.125、0.25和0.375%有效成分,各分别作土面及叶茎喷施。新植蕉由1980年5月至1981年6月每隔3个月施药1次,共施药5次;多年生蕉由1980年7月至1981年4月共施药4次。试验结果: (一)0.125、0.25和0.375%有效成分乐思本茎叶处理的,其防效分别为94—100%、100%和70—100%。在此需要加以说明的是,
Banana weevil is the main pest infestation of bananas, perennial damage rate of about 10%, seriously affecting the yield of bananas. From the 1950s to the early 1970s, 6% 666 wettable powder was used to prevent and control pests. The effect was remarkable.
