杀螨素(Tetranactin))是微生物发酵的产物。利用微生物来合成有杀虫活性的抗生素农药,世界上还不多见,迄今已知的第一个商品化的杀虫抗生素就是杀螨素。日本于1973年开始作为农用杀螨剂。我国用自己筛选的菌种生产杀螨素已为期不远。 一、杀螨素的特点 (1)有强烈的杀螨活性:喷杀朱砂叶螨成虫Lc为4.8微克/毫升。田间使用浓度一般在100~130ppm。而用三氯杀螨砜或杀虫脒防治苹果红蜘蛛等分别需200、250Ppm。 (2)能杀死成虫,也能杀卵:螨类发生周期短(2-3周),常常成虫、幼虫、卵同时发生,而杀螨素兼杀成虫、幼虫和卵。如与杀螨酯混用,杀卵效果
Tetranactin) is the product of microbial fermentation. The use of microorganisms to synthesize insecticidal antibiotic pesticides is rare in the world. The first commercially available antibiotic known to date is mitoxan. Japan started as agricultural acaricide in 1973. Mycoplasma species produced by our own selection have not been far off. First, the characteristics of acaricide (1) has a strong acaricidal activity: Spraying adults of Tetranychus cinnabarin Lc was 4.8 micrograms / ml. Field use concentration is generally 100 ~ 130ppm. (2) can kill adults, but also kill eggs: Mites occur short cycle (2-3 weeks), often adults, larvae, eggs occur at the same time, and miticide kill and adult, larvae and eggs. If mixed with acaricide ester kill ovicidal effect
