双甲脒(暂名)是一种高效、低毒的杀螨剂,具有强烈的触杀和熏蒸作用。化学名称是1.5-双(2.4-二甲苯基)-3-甲基-1,3,5-三氮戊二烯-1.4。主要剂型有20‰和12.5％的乳油。该药纯品为白色针状固体,熔点86-87℃,在水中溶解度很小。潮湿化合物长期贮存时会分解失效。能与常用的农药混用。对人畜安全,农产品内残留量少,在动物体内代谢降解为4-氨基-3甲基苯甲酸,随尿液排出体外,无致癌性。
Amitraz (tentative name) is a highly effective, low toxicity acaricides, with a strong contact and fumigation. The chemical name is 1.5-bis (2.4-xylyl) -3-methyl-1,3,5-triaza-pentadiene-1.4. The main dosage form is 20 ‰ and 12.5% EC. Pure drug white needle-shaped solid, melting point 86-87 ℃, solubility in water is small. Moist compounds will decompose when stored for long periods of time. Can be mixed with commonly used pesticides. For human and livestock safety, there are few residual residues in agricultural products, which are metabolically degraded to 4-amino-3-methylbenzoic acid in animals and excreted in vitro with no carcinogenicity.
