根据我国《放射工作人员健康管理规定》,为了保障放射工作人员的健康,建立健全山东省放射工作人员的健康档案管理。探讨职业性小剂量电离辐射对人体健康的危害,为进一步改善和加强防护条件提供重要依据,近几年我单位对我省放射工作人员进行了连续的职业性健康监护。现将我省内一大型医疗机构放射作业人员近期健康检查资料分析如下。1对象与方法 1.1检查对象从事医用X射线技术、诊断、核医学、介入放射学的在岗工作人员共197名。其中男性135名,女性42名,年龄在20~60岁,平均年龄35.4
