随着工农业生产的发展,我国医疗卫生事业应用了电子新技术,使超声波治疗脑血栓意外引起的偏瘫,取得了显著的成果。由于我国在这方面的计量工作尚未展开,常州市计量所在国家标准计量局和中国计量科学研究院的领导下,遵照伟大领袖毛主席:“自力更生,艰苦奋斗”的指示,用四个月的时间试制成功了“东风75—1型标准超声功率计,解决了对超声波治疗机的计量问题,为我国声学计量填补了空白。
