在钢桁架中采用部分高强钢材,施加适当预应力,可增大跨度,节约钢材10%~40%。预应力钢结构在国外早已被广泛应用,我国一些工程中亦已采用,但如何优化其设计,研究的范围甚广,如选取合理的结构简图,确定预应力的最优内力,探索结构材料的最优分布,求解结构用材最少、价格最低的数学优化方法等等。本文仅就采用数学反射函数理论,简便解决预应力钢桁架中体积
The use of some high-strength steel in the steel truss and the application of appropriate prestress can increase the span and save 10% to 40% of the steel. Prestressed steel structures have been widely used in foreign countries and have been adopted in some projects in China. However, how to optimize their design has a wide range of research, such as selecting a reasonable structural diagram, determining the optimal internal force of prestress, and exploring structural materials. The optimal distribution is to solve the mathematical optimization method with the least timber and the lowest price. This article only uses the mathematical reflection function theory to easily solve the volume in the prestressed steel trusses.
