上海纺织系统试行的小集体超额计件制,对于贯彻按劳分配原则,克服平均主义,促进生产发展,改善经营管理,提高经济效果,起到了明显的作用。其主要特点是:(一)以生产小组、生产流水线或联合机组为考核单位,在小集体内部再按各人完成指标或执行岗位责任制情况进行分配。它不同于只按个人劳动量计酬的一般的计件工资制。以生产流水线组织生产作业的企业,一件产品需要经过十几个机种,数十名工人的连续协同劳动才能完成。在这种情况下,实行个人计件,有可能导致只顾个人超产,不顾整个生产流水线生产计划
