论述了浸入式水口中堵塞的主要原因,并提出了Al_2O_3的堆积机理。指出在钢包冶炼期间,在SEN中堵塞沉积形成的颗粒主要是几种形状的簇状物,它是中间包再氧化的结果。
The main reason of blockage in submerged nozzle is discussed, and the mechanism of accumulation of Al 2 O 3 is proposed. It is pointed out that during the ladle smelting, the particles formed by plugging deposition in SEN are mainly clusters of several shapes as a result of re-oxidation of the tundish.
