近年来肺癌的发生率呈上升趋势,而非小细胞肺癌占肺癌总数的80%,且化疗、放疗对其有一定的限度。随着抗肿瘤新药的不断发现及治疗手段的不断更新,其治疗水平在不断提高。现将我院1998年~2000年对5例非小细胞肺癌进行超分割放疗加MVP方案化疗的疗效报告之。1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料 5例均为经病理及细胞学证实的非小细胞肺癌,其中鳞癌4例,腺鳞癌1例;Ⅲa期2例(病人拒绝手术治疗),Ⅲb期3例;卡氏评分均在80分以上,无脏器功能损伤。1.2 治疗方法 化疗采用MVP方案两周期,具体方法:丝裂霉素8mg/m~2,第1天;长春花硷酰胺3mg/m~2第1天,第8天,顺铂70~80mg/m~2第二天,同时水化,利尿,补液。放疗采用Co~(60)照
In recent years, the incidence of lung cancer has been on an upward trend. Non-small cell lung cancer accounts for 80% of the total number of lung cancers, and chemotherapy and radiotherapy have certain limits. With the continuous discovery of new anti-tumor drugs and the continuous renewal of treatment methods, their therapeutic levels are constantly improving. The efficacy of hyperfractionated radiotherapy plus MVP chemotherapy for 5 cases of non-small cell lung cancer was reported in our hospital from 1998 to 2000. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information 5 cases were pathological and cytological confirmed non-small cell lung cancer, including 4 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 1 case of adenosquamous carcinoma; stage IIIa 2 cases (patient refused surgical treatment), III b 3 cases ; Carp’s score is more than 80 points, no organ damage. 1.2 Therapeutic Methods Two cycles of MVP regimen were used for chemotherapy.
