单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血(简称纯红再障)是指因骨髓中红系细胞显著减少或缺如所致的一种贫血,国内有一些零星报道。现报告我科接诊的一例纯红再障。 患者,男,35岁,因头昏、全身乏力3月余,于I991年1月收入院。查体:精神差,重度贫血貌,肝肋下1.5cm,脾脏肋下未及。血色素44g/L,红细胞118×10~(10)/L,白细胞4.7×10~9/L,血小板141×10~9/L,网织红细胞0.7％,血清铁540μg/L,IgG10.97g/L,
