本文探讨化验室通风柜的排风量和最佳安设位置以及实验台的局部排气装置等三个问题:文章通过分析,明确地阐述作了者对下述三个问题的见解。化学实验室散发出的有害气体不仅危害人体健康,而且影响仪器设备的精度与寿命。因此,化学实验室必须有良好的通风排毒措施。从全国情况看,目前不少化学实验室的通风装置还存在着一些问题,如通风柜排风量计算,通风柜在室内最佳位置的确定以及实验台局部排气装置选择等。本文拟就这几个问题进行分析与探讨。
This article discusses the three issues of exhaust volume and optimal installation position of the laboratory fume hood and the local exhaust device of the laboratory bench. Through analysis, this article clearly describes the author’s views on the following three issues. Harmful gases emitted by chemical laboratories not only endanger human health, but also affect the accuracy and longevity of instruments and equipment. Therefore, chemical laboratories must have good ventilation and detoxification measures. From the national situation, there are still some problems in the ventilation devices of many chemical laboratories, such as calculation of the exhaust volume of the fume hood, the determination of the optimal position of the fume hood in the room, and the selection of the local exhaust device of the bench. This article intends to analyze and discuss these issues.
