我們認为韩致中同志的来信,是值得重视的,下放干部劳动锻鍊是一件好事,是社会主义革命的一个組成部分,应該堅决拥护;但是档案工作是国家机关的一项新工作,刚开始建立而未普遍建立好,还必须注意加强。在职的档案干部,是应該調整和下放锻鍊的,但是在档案工作还薄弱的机关,就应该有全面的考虑和合理的规划,否则档案受了损失,将来就無法补救了。希望档案工作者也本大鳴大放的精神說明工作的实际情况,力求做列在“统一安排,全面锻鍊”的方針下,使机关档案工作也能健全起来。
