带状疱疹是一种临床常见的自愈性疾病,但如治疗不当,容易出现继发感染或后遗的神经痛,有时疱疹虽完全愈合,但剧烈的疼痛历经数年不愈。我们采取超短波加紫外线治疗带状疱疹,获得了满意的疗效,现总结如下。资料和方法带状疱疹患者54例,其中男31例,女23例,年龄21～72岁,病程3～14天,皮损见于胸背部、会阴部及三叉神经走向部位。超短波并紫外线治疗组28例,对照组26例用单纯抗病毒药物治疗。治疗组采用上海产CDB-1型超短波电疗机,频率40～68MHz,波长
Shingles is a common clinical self-healing disease, but if not treated properly, prone to secondary infection or neuropathic pain, sometimes herpes completely healed, but severe pain after years of healing. We take ultra-short wave UV treatment of shingles, obtained satisfactory results, are summarized as follows.
