猪蛔虫子宫的形态学描述是人体寄生虫学教学和科研的内容之一,本文介绍利用蛋清甘油涂片技术将猪蛔虫子宫组织粘固在载玻片上,HE染色,光学显微镜观察的方法。
The morphological description of porcine ascariasis uterus is one of the teaching and researching topics of human parasitology. This paper introduces the method of using egg white glycerol smear technique to immobilize porcine ascaris uterus tissue on glass slide, HE staining and light microscopy.
