卡托普利(captopril)引起黄疸极少见,国外文献自1983年以来亦仅有16例报道,其中大多数患者表现为胆汁郁积型黄疸。我院用卡托普利治疗1例慢性风湿性心脏瓣膜病伴心力衰竭时引起黄疸,报道如下。某男,55a,因发现心脏病史27a,活动后心悸、气急伴黄疸1mo于1990年9月15日入院。入院前曾有间断服用卡托普利(剂量不详)2mo史。经体检、实验室检查、心脏彩色超声、肝胆B超、胸片等检查,符合风湿性心脏瓣膜病,主动脉关闭不全、狭窄,
Jaundice caused by captopril is rare, and foreign literature has only been reported in 16 cases since 1983, most of which showed cholestatic jaundice. In our hospital with captopril treatment of 1 case of chronic rheumatic heart valve disease caused by heart failure jaundice, reported as follows. A man, 55a, because of a history of heart disease found 27a, after the event palpitations, shortness of breath with jaundice 1mo in 1990 September 15 admission.
