军事、空间及商业红外应用对价格合理的超可靠性微型低温制冷机的要求正在日益提高。就监视应用而言,连续24小时昼夜不停的工作和长达20,000小时的故障前平均时间已经成为一些有潜力的用户的目标。要达到这一目标,必须在技术上有所突破,为此提出了一种组合方法,亦即将一个基于挠性轴承的超可靠性线性驱动压缩机同一个脉冲管冷指组合起来。本文介绍了微型脉冲管的进展和压缩机部件的发展状况。
Military, Space and Commercial Infrared Applications The demand for affordable ultra-reliable mini-chillers is on the rise. For surveillance applications, continuous 24-hour day and night work and 20,000-hour pre-failure-time average have become targets for some potential users. To achieve this goal, we must make a technical breakthrough, for which a combination method is proposed, that is, a flexible bearing based ultra reliable linear drive compressor with a pulse cold finger together. This article describes the progress of miniature pulse tubes and the development of compressor components.
