通过对 4种提取棉花总DNA的方法 :氯仿—异戊醇法、CTAB法、β 巯基乙醇法 (暂定名 )及PVP法分析比较 ,得出CTAB法较为理想 ,能大量、快速提取棉花总DNA。
The results showed that the CTAB method was more ideal and could extract cotton in large quantities and in a fast manner by comparing the four methods of extracting total DNA of cotton: chloroform-isoamyl alcohol method, CTAB method, β-mercaptoethanol method (tentative name) and PVP method DNA.
