今年五月卅一日至六月二日,本刊编辑部和《电子科学技术》、《国外电子技术》、《电子简报》三个编辑部,在北京市联合组织了一次学术座谈会。应邀参加座谈的三十多位我国电子学界半导体学科的部分科学家和技术专家,就被他们誉为“金字塔上的明珠”的大规模、超大规模集成电路,进行了一次很有意义的学术座谈。在座谈中,与会人员对如何造就摘下这颗明珠的条件、如何使之多快好省地为在我国实现四个现代化服务的问题,广泛地交流了学术见解与实践心得,气氛甚为活跃。如下各点是本刊通信员对讨论中所涉及的学术问题和学术见解的简要综合评述。
From May 1 to June 2 this year, the editorial department of this magazine and three editorial departments of “Electronic Science and Technology”, “Foreign Electronic Technology” and “Electronic Bulletin” jointly organized an academic symposium in Beijing. More than 30 scientists and technical experts invited to participate in the seminar on semiconductor science in China's electronics industry conducted a very meaningful academic discussion on the large-scale and very large-scale integrated circuits that they hailed as “the pearl of the pyramid.” During the discussion, participants exchanged their opinions and practical experiences widely and exchanged views on how to create the conditions for taking off this pearl, and how to make it faster, more economical and more economical for the realization of the four modernized services in our country. . The following points are brief comments by our correspondents on the academic issues and academic insights involved in the discussion.
