用药基法对氟康唑及其两个类似物进行抗真菌活性观察,以酮康唑作对照。结果表明,氟康唑比两个类似物及酮康唑有更广的抗真菌谱和更强的抗真菌活性。
Antibacterial activity of fluconazole and its two analogues was observed with ketamine. Ketoconazole was used as a control. The results show that fluconazole has a broader antifungal spectrum and stronger antifungal activity than the two analogs and ketoconazole.
