目的:优化微波辅助法提取红景天有效成分的工艺。方法:采用单因素和正交实验设计,以红景天苷的含量为评价指标,对红景天有效成分进行微波辅助法提取。结果:其最佳工艺条件为:20倍量的水浸泡过40目药粉30min后用中低火微波处理40s,然后在70℃下提取10min,提取次数2次。该条件下红景天苷含量达到4.43mg/g。结论该法对红景天有效成分提取率高、成本低,值得推广使用。
Objective: To optimize the microwave assisted extraction process of Rhodiola rosea active ingredients. Methods: The single factor and orthogonal experimental design, the content of salidroside as the evaluation index, the Rhodiola active ingredient microwave assisted extraction method. Results: The optimum conditions were as follows: 20 times the amount of water soaked in 40 mesh powder for 30min and then treated with medium and low heat microwave for 40s, then extracted for 10min at 70 ℃ for 2 times. Salidroside content of this condition reached 4.43mg / g. Conclusion The method of Rhodiola extract the active ingredient of high efficiency, low cost, it is worth promoting the use.
