企业档案编研工作是档案工作的一个重要组成部分,是企业档案部门系统、全面地向利用者提供服务的一项重要内容。如今,我们面临着从工业经济向知识经济转变的重大转折。知识经济需要知识管理。企业档案编研工作作为档案管理的一项基础性工作和主动提供利用的方式之一。编研工作必须走出过去单纯以档案史料编纂为主的狭窄空间,深化和拓展工作内容,变单一管理为主动服务,化技术操作为学术编研,彰显档案科研品位,提升档案管理和服务水平。
