经济建设节奏的加快,使房产交易活动中频繁,尤其是以房产按揭抵押为主要形式的经济活动,产生了大量的注销后房产档案。对于这些档案的处置和管理,需要形成专门的管理制度,且对管理人员的要求较高,这对管理队伍的建设就成为关键。本文首先从将注销房产档案的主要进行了介绍,对管理队伍的建设提出建议,希望能够对注销后房产档案工作顺利进行,其管理队伍的建设也能够取得科学的发展。
The accelerating pace of economic construction has led to frequent real estate transactions. In particular, the real estate mortgage-backed economy has resulted in a large number of canceled real estate files. For the disposal and management of these files, the need to form a special management system, and the higher requirements of the management staff, which is the management team to build the key.
