教学团队与高水平教师队伍建设是教育部新近启动的高等学校本科教学“质量工程”中的一个重点建设项目。青岛科技大学机电工程学院“工程热力学”精品课程以团队建设为精品课程建设的核心,培育了一支优秀的完全能胜任精品课程教学的高水平教师队伍,其经验如下:加大人才引进力度,加强团队学习,坚持教学科研并重,发挥教研团队的综合优势和集体智慧,完善团队评价体系。
