献县东村乡侯陵屯村蔬菜专业户李增春,1990年种了6分露地茄子。采用一种两收种植法,共收获茄子4000公斤,收入2400元。其做法是: 1、选优种细管理。选用优种牛心茄,于2月18日利用温床进行育苗,4月20日选壮苗定植,株行距40×60厘米,亩定植2300株。剪枝前整枝,肥水管理与一般茄子田间管理技术相同,到秋分节收获茄子3000公斤,收入1200元。 2、培育新枝。8月底开始,留基部新枝,打掉茄秧老叶和顶部新枝,创造良好的通风透光条件,以利新枝健壮生长。9月中旬,当新枝长到5—10厘米时,留基部萌发新枝2—3个,全株留4—6个。然后从选留的最上一个新枝的上方,留5厘米
