目的 以兔为研究对象 ,探讨其心脏骤停模型的建立方法。方法 将兔分为对照组和模型组 ,模型组再分为模型Ⅰ组和模型Ⅱ组。用频率 12 0Hz、波宽 2 .8ms、电流 2 0mA的方波刺激 ,对照组时间 3s,模型组时间 5s。观察各组兔心脏骤停时间及自然或人工复苏后兔成活时间。结果 电刺激时间为 5s的模型组 ,心脏骤停时间大于3min。模型Ⅱ组经自然复苏或经人工复苏后兔成活时间超过 12 0min的占 6 6 .7% ,不经人工复苏的模型Ⅰ组兔成活时间超过 12 0min的仅占 2 0 .0 % (P <0 .0 1)。结论 该心脏骤停模型的组织缺血时间及复苏后再灌注时间符合实验要求。
Objective To investigate the establishment of a cardiac arrest model in rabbits. Methods Rabbits were divided into control group and model group. Model group was divided into model group I and model group II. A square wave with a frequency of 12 0 Hz, a wave width of 2. 8 ms and a current of 20 mA was used for stimulation for 3 s in the control group and 5 s in the model group. The cardiac arrest time and the survival time of rabbits after natural or artificial resuscitation in each group were observed. Results The electrical stimulation time of 5s model group, cardiac arrest time is greater than 3min. In model group Ⅱ, the survival time of rabbits surpassing 12 0min after natural resuscitation or artificial resuscitation accounted for 66.7%, while those in artificial resuscitation group Ⅰ only accounted for 20.0% (P < 0 .0 1). Conclusion The tissue ischemia time and the reperfusion time after resuscitation in this cardiac arrest model are in accordance with the experimental requirements.
