[目的]了解泰州市女大学生生理心理的发育状况,同时为在高校开展青春期性教育提供依据。[方法]采用问卷调查法对泰州市某高校部分女大学生357名进行调查,所有资料通过SPSS统计软件包进行分析。[结果]女大学生性发育正常,但掌握的性知识却相对贫乏,不了解一些基本的常识,通过正规途径获得青春期性教育的比率较低。[结论]青春期性教育有待加强。加强对高校卫生老师的专业培训,发挥医务人员及专科门诊指导作用,充分发挥青春期门诊的宣教作用,实行保健机构医务人员与学校相结合的性教育方式。
[Objective] To understand the physiological and psychological development of female college students in Taizhou and to provide the basis for adolescent sexual education in colleges and universities. [Methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted on 357 female college students in a university in Taizhou. All the data were analyzed by SPSS statistical package. [Results] Female college students had normal sexual development, but they had relatively less mastery of sexual knowledge. They did not understand some basic common sense and got lower rates of adolescent sexual education through formal channels. [Conclusion] Adolescent sexual education needs to be strengthened. Strengthen the professional training of university health teachers, play a guiding role of medical staff and specialist clinics, give full play to the adolescent clinic missionary role, the implementation of health care institutions and medical institutions combined with sex education.
