目的全面了解房县居民生活饮用水中砷、氟含量及分布情况,为政府制定地方病防治措施提供科学依据。方法按照《湖北省居民饮用水碘、砷、氟含量抽样调查实施方案》抽样,覆盖房县305个行政村,每村抽取样品不少于3份。水氟按GB/T 5750.5-2006离子选择电极法测定,水砷按GB/T 5750.6-2006原子荧光法进行测定。结果共抽取样品950份,砷浓度小于0.002 mg/L水样938份,占98.74%;0.002~0.01 mg/L水样3份,占0.31%;0.01~0.05 mg/L水样9份,占0.95%,最大值0.034 mg/L。氟小于0.2 mg/L水样531份,占55.89%;0.2~0.5 mg/L水样386份,40.63%;0.5~1.0 mg/L水样32份,占3.37%;大于1.0 mg/L水样1份,占0.11%,最大值1.6 mg/L。结论房县未发现高砷水区域,但有9份水样砷超过0.01 mg/L为该县首次发现,应引起重视;未发现新高氟点,有一个历史高氟水点,提示高氟改水工程总体进展良好,应持续加强。
Objective To understand the contents and distribution of arsenic and fluorine in drinking water of Fang County residents in order to provide a scientific basis for the government to make endemic prevention and treatment measures. Methods Sampling was conducted according to “Implementation Plan of Sampling Survey of Iodine, Arsenic and Fluorine in Drinking Water of Hubei Province” to cover 305 administrative villages in Fang County, with no less than 3 samples taken from each village. Water fluoride according to GB / T 5750.5-2006 ion-selective electrode method for the determination of water arsenic by GB / T 5750.6-2006 atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results A total of 950 samples were collected. A total of 938 water samples with the arsenic concentration of less than 0.002 mg / L accounted for 98.74% of total water samples. Three water samples with 0.002-0.01 mg / L accounted for 0.31%, and nine water samples with 0.01-0.05 mg / L water samples accounted for 0.95%, maximum 0.034 mg / L. 531 water samples with less than 0.2 mg / L fluorine, accounting for 55.89%; 386 and 40.63% water samples with 0.2 ~ 0.5 mg / L water; 32 water samples with 0.5 ~ 1.0 mg / L water accounting for 3.37% 1 sample, accounting for 0.11%, the maximum value of 1.6 mg / L. Conclusion No high-arsenic water area was found in Fang County. However, 9 water samples with arsenic exceeding 0.01 mg / L were first discovered in this county and deserved attention. No new high-fluoride point was found, The overall progress of water projects is good and should be continuously strengthened.
