素质教育实施以来,改革与创新的呼声就愈发高涨,已然成为了现今教育教学的活动主流。作为一名优秀的高中地理教师,在教学改革中应当紧抓课堂这一主阵地,提高课堂教学效率。这就需要我们广大的地理教师及时转变与更新教学理念,掌握新课程理念,学习新课程标准,将地理课程教学目标落到实处,以教学改革为核心,全面优化教学结构,重视教学环节的制定与设计,促使师生教学方式以及学习方式的改变,以构建有效的地理课堂,促进学生综合素质的全面发展与进步。
