如今经济全球化以及知识时代不断进步,我国传统的经济发展方式已经跟不上目前社会经济发展的需求。在党的十七大报告中对我国经济发展方式作出了具体的规范,并阐述了如今社会经济的发展方式对于我国经济发展的重要意义。本文将从经济学的角度分析经济发展方式的含义,以及其方式与经济法的互动关系,同时通过实际生活所反馈的信息提出具体的方法策略,旨在为经济法在经济发展方式的转变中提供帮助。
Nowadays, with the globalization of economy and the progress of knowledge, the traditional mode of economic development in our country can not keep up with the current needs of social and economic development. In the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we made a concrete regulation of the mode of our country’s economic development and elaborated the significance of the mode of social and economic development to the economic development of our country today. This essay will analyze the meaning of economic development mode and the interaction between its mode and economic law from the perspective of economics. At the same time, it proposes specific method and tactics through the information fed back in real life, provide help.
