司法独立、公正什么时候都是司法的核心问题,公正是法治的生命线,如果司法不能保证独立、公正,将会影响裁判的结果,破坏司法的公信力,影响人们对司法公正性的信仰,其破坏性效果不亚于颠覆人的精神信仰。一个没有信仰的民族是可怕的。在我们现代崇尚法治的时代,我们要响应十八大、十八届三中、四中全会的要求,所以来探讨司法独立、公正的问题是非常有必要的。独立和公正是司法的根基,我们要从根基开始构建中国的法治之路。
Judicial independence and impartiality are the core issues of justice at all times. Justice is the lifeline of the rule of law. If the judiciary can not guarantee its independence and impartiality, it will affect the outcome of the judgments, undermine the credibility of the judiciary and affect people’s belief in judicial impartiality. Sexual effects no less than the subversive spiritual beliefs. A nation without faith is terrible. In our modern era of advocating the rule of law, we must respond to the requirements of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. Therefore, it is very necessary to discuss the issue of independence and fair judiciary. Independence and impartiality are the foundation of the judiciary. We must start from the very foundation of building the road to rule of law in China.
