随着我国法制建设的加快,人民群众法律意识不断提高,卫生行政复议与诉讼案件逐年增长。为充分发挥行政复议在化解行政争议、构建和谐社会中的重要作用,切实提高卫生行政复议与应诉工作能力和水平,交流近年来各地经验和做法,2012年6月25日,卫生部政策法规司在宁夏银川召开了全国卫生系统行政复议与应诉案例研讨会。各省、自治区、直辖市、新疆生产建设兵团、计划单列市卫生厅(局)负责行政复议同志、法院法官及法律专家近60人参加了会议。

In order to give full play to the important role of administrative reconsideration in resolving administrative disputes and building a harmonious society, and effectively improve the ability and level of public health administrative reconsideration and responding to emergencies, and to exchange experiences and practices in various places in recent years, on June 25, 2012, the Ministry of Health’s policies and regulations The Division held a national seminar on administrative reconsideration and responding to emergencies in Yinchuan, Ningxia. Nearly 60 people from all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and the health department (city) of the cities specifically designated in the state plan, who are responsible for administrative reconsiderations, judges of the courts and legal experts attended the meeting.
