针对外壁具有多台阶的筒形结构锻造毛坯的形状特点,提出一种引伸-辊挤复合成形技术,通过带有变内径辊轮的挤压作用实现该种构件的塑性成形,解决热冲拔工艺存在的材料利用率低、锻造毛坯质量差等问题。介绍引伸-辊挤复合成形的原理,对稳定变形条件进行分析,并完成引伸-辊挤成形装置的设计,较好地实现辊轮的同步运动,解决了飞边问题。验证结果表明,采用该工艺能够实现该类构件的精确成形,大幅度提高材料利用率,降低综合生产成本,实现节能降耗,达到了预期研究目标。
Aiming at the shape characteristics of the forging blank with multi-step cylindrical structure on the outer wall, an extension-roll extrusion compounding technology is proposed to realize the plastic forming of such a component through the extrusion with a variable inner diameter roller to solve the problem that the hot drawing process The existence of low utilization of materials, forging rough quality and other issues. This paper introduces the principle of extension - roll extrusion compounding, analyzes the stable deformation conditions, completes the design of the extension - roll extrusion device, achieves the synchronous movement of rollers and solves the problem of flash. The verification results show that the process can achieve the accurate forming of such components, greatly improve the utilization rate of materials, reduce the overall production cost, and achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption.
