目的:探讨夫妻躯体暴力受虐者的心理健康状况,为进一步干预家庭暴力提供帮助。方法:采用病例对照研究,对100例社区夫妻暴力女性受虐者和100例社区正常对照组用症状自评量表进行评定。结果:研究组的躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对和偏执分值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。进一步分析显示躯体施暴频率多及严重程度重者心理健康状况较差。结论:夫妻暴力女性受虐者有较多的心理健康问题,他们需要心理干预。
Objective: To explore the psychological health status of victims of physical violence in couples and to provide assistance for further intervening domestic violence. Methods: A case-control study was conducted in 100 community-based female victims of sexual abuse and 100 community-based normal controls using the Self-rating Symptom Scale. Results: Somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility and paranoid scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Further analysis showed that the frequency of physical abuse and the severity of severe mental health were poor. Conclusion: There are more mental health problems among violent female battered couples who need psychological intervention.
