天灾是主因“到处都是滑坡体,到处都有泥石流。”舟曲县国土资源局局长杨俊学这样评价舟曲的地质环境。无处选择的舟曲人只能在这些地质灾害隐患处安家落户。舟曲县是我国滑坡、泥石流、地震三大地质灾害多发区。2005年的一项调查显示,舟曲县滑坡地带发展到43处,泥石流隐患地带发展到86处。全县滑坡及泥石流地带又集中分布于白龙江河谷,尤以舟曲县城上游河谷为全县滑坡及泥石流危害最严重地区。
Natural disasters are the main reason, “landslides are everywhere, debris flows everywhere.” Yang Jun Xue, director of Zhouqu County Land and Resources Evaluation Zhouqu geological environment. Zhouqu people have nowhere to choose only settled in these hidden dangers of geological disasters. Zhouqu County is China’s landslide, debris flow, earthquake-prone areas of the three major geological disasters. According to a survey conducted in 2005, the landslide zone in Zhouqu County developed to 43 and the risk of debris flow to 86. The county landslide and mud-rock flow zones are also concentrated in the Bailongjiang River Valley, especially in the upper reaches of Zhouqu County, the county landslide and debris flow hazards the most serious areas.
