本文根据精密光吸收法使光电流強度标尺长度放大的原理闡明了各种精密法的本质及其相互之間的联系,並提出了比色溶液濃度测量的相对誤差的普遍表达式。此表达式,以及根据它所作出的誤差函数曲线可以很方便地表征各种精密法此色的测量誤差。本文並提出用此誤差系数(Specific Error Coefficient)经制作此誤差函数曲线,用它来比较绝对法以及各种精密法誤差的大小,並且用它来确定精密法測量溶液的濃度范圍?送?本文並討论了低吸收法可提高测定的灵敏度,以及用低吸收法或最精密法进行测量时,制作线性的工作曲线的方法等问題。
In this paper, the essence of the various precision methods and their relations with each other are clarified according to the principle that the precision light absorption method enlarges the length of photocurrent intensity scale, and the universal expression of the relative error of the colorimetric solution concentration measurement is proposed. This expression, along with the error function curve it makes, can easily characterize the measurement errors of various precision methods. This paper also proposes using this error coefficient (Specific Error Coefficient) to make this error function curve, which can be used to compare the absolute method as well as the size of various precision errors, and use it to determine the concentration range of precision measurement of the solution. And discussed the low absorption method can improve the sensitivity of the determination, and the use of low absorption method or the most sophisticated method of measurement, the method of making linear working curve and other issues.
