本文报告３０例５５眼埋藏性视乳头玻璃疣。眼底主要表现为轻度视乳头水肿，多以鼻侧显著，且常在鼻侧缘外有弧形反光晕。本组１７眼发生视乳头和／或其边缘出血，其中５眼出血进入玻璃体。视野生理盲点扩大１８眼，神经束性暗点４眼，相对中心暗点３眼。荧光造影玻璃疣呈斑块状、结节样强荧光染色。本组有８９．１％伴发近视，７５．５％属于小视乳头和小视乳头倾向，其与本病关系有待进一步研究。
This article reports 30 cases of 55 eyes buried vitreous drusen. Fundus mainly as mild papilledema, mostly nasal significant, and often outside the nasal edge arc curved halo. The group of 17 cases of papillitis and / or its edge bleeding, bleeding in 5 of them into the vitreous. Visual field blind spots to expand 18 eyes, nerve bundle 4 dark spots, dark spots relative to 3 eyes. Fluorescent angiography showed a plaque warts, nodular strong fluorescence staining. This group has 89.1% with myopia, 75.5% belong to the small optic and small optic teat, its relationship with the disease to be further studied.
