快速换档的滑移齿轮,需在齿端进行如图1所示的高低齿倒圆角(又称长短齿、错齿倒圆角),这是大大地减少两轮齿端顶齿的一种有效设计方法。这种方法既可降低变速时的噪音,又可避免齿端撞毛,延长齿轮寿命。它在汽车变速箱中已被广泛应用,但在我国其他机械行业中尚未得到推广,主要原因是我国还没有倒高低齿圆角的倒角机。去年,笔者研制了一种如图2所示的结构,直接安装在Y9380型齿轮倒角机上,解决高低齿倒圆角问题。这套机构现已投入生产,并得到用户欢迎和订货。为了推广这一加工工艺成果,特此推荐。一、结构改进拆除原倒角机上的7种零件,设计了图2可倒高
