一种新型的含85(wt)%的高铅玻璃微珠具有一系列的优越性能。欲熔制淡黄色、颗粒状的高铅玻璃微珠,对炉体耐火材料提出了耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐急冷急热性三项关键性的技术要求。作者从理论上与资源上分析认为:采用稀土氧化物Y_2O_3(氧化钇)作为稳定剂的ZrO_2-Y_2O_3稀土耐火材料能够达到要求。作者通过研制出该稀土耐火材料进行多次熔制试验,证明可行。熔制得到的高铅玻璃微珠具有多种优良的性能。文中列入有关的测试图表、照片以及数据。
