40CrM2蜗杆,离子氮化之后,进行高频感应加热淬火并低温回火,其表面获得微细含氮马氏体。试验表明,这种复合处理不仅能增加硬化层的深度(增加0.8mm)。而且在离子氮化的基础上,可提高硬度(HRC4—6°)硬度梯度有所改善,大大提高零件使用寿命。一、试验方法 1.工艺要求: 40CrM2小蜗杆、除机械加工精度要求较高外,对其齿面的硬度均有较高要求。①齿面硬度HRC60—64。②硬化层深度0.8—1.0mm。③变形量在0.08mm以内。 2.试验材料: 试验用料为40Cr钢,氮化前经过预选调
