对止咳平喘散进行药效学实验研究.结果表明,止咳平喘散对氨水引起的小鼠咳嗽及枸椽酸引起的豚鼠咳嗽均有明显的抑制作用;有增加小鼠气管内酚红的排出量的趋势,能明显抑制豚鼠磷酸组胺所致的哮喘反应,对组胺致痉的豚鼠离体气管平滑肌有明显的解痉作用.
The pharmacodynamic experimental study on Zhike Pingchuan Powder showed that Zhike Pingchuan Powder had a significant inhibitory effect on ammonia-induced cough in mice and citric acid-induced cough in guinea pigs; there was an increase in phenol red in the trachea of mice. The trend of excretion can significantly inhibit the asthma reaction caused by phosphatidylcholine in guinea pigs, and has obvious antispasmodic effect on isolated trachea smooth muscle of guinea pigs induced by histamine.
