采用GC-MS法测定香砂养胃制剂挥发油-β环糊精包结前后的成分与含量,共分离出二百多种组分并鉴定出25种已知化合物。挥发油-β环糊精包结前后成分相同,相对含量略有变化。
GC-MS method was used to determine the components and contents of volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin before and after encapsulation. A total of 200 components were isolated and 25 known compounds were identified. The volatile oil-beta cyclodextrin has the same composition before and after encapsulation, and the relative content slightly changes.
